Lessor’s Entitlement to Damages. The Lessor’s entitlement to recover damages from the Lessee or any other person will not be limited or affected by any of the following: (a) if the Lessee abandons or vacates the Leased Premises; (b) if the Lessor elects to re-enter the Leased Premises or terminate this Lease; (c) if the Lessor accepts the Lessee’s repudiation; or (d) if the parties’ conduct (or that of any of their servants or agents) constitutes or may constitute a surrender by operation of law.
