Common use of Lessor’s Facilities Clause in Contracts

Lessor’s Facilities. Lessor shall have first call on its personnel and equipment at the Site, which personnel and/or equipment may be temporarily limited by reason of personnel or power shortage and/or demand for reconstruction following a general breakdown caused by acts within or beyond Lessor's control. Lessor's emergency power supply equipment at the Site will not be available to Lessee in the event of a Utah Power and Light Company failure, except as otherwise provided in Schedule O.
