Common use of Letter of Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Letter of Acceptance. 38.1 Upon the Tenant’s accepting the Demised Premises and commencing construction of Initial Tenant Improvements, after Substantial Completion of the Landlord Improvements pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof, the Tenant covenants and agrees that it will furnish to the Landlord a written statement that it accepts the Demised Premises, subject to the terms and conditions of the Lease as herein contained (including Punch List Items and latent defects).
