Common use of Letter of Completeness Clause in Contracts

Letter of Completeness. Prior to Final Acceptance, the Town shall conduct a site check visit and if appropriate issue a Letter of Completeness that the Project is ready to be considered for acceptance by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. The Letter of Completeness does not constitute acceptance of the Project by the Town. Until Final Acceptance by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen any part of the Project is subject to correction. Developer shall comply with the Town’s Dedication of Public Improvements Policy.
