Letter of Credit Applications. To the extent that any provision of any Application related to any Letter of Credit is inconsistent with the provisions of this Section 3 or any other terms of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, the provisions of this Section 3 shall apply and such inconsistent provision of such Application shall be of no force and effect.
