Letter of Credit Usage Absolute. The obligations of the Borrowers and CarrAmerica LP under this Agreement in respect of any Letter of Credit shall be unconditional and irrevocable, and shall be paid strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (as the same may be amended from time to time) and any Letter of Credit Documents (as hereinafter defined) under all circumstances, including, without limitation, to the extent permitted by law, the following circumstances:
