Level II Meeting Sample Clauses
A Level II Meeting clause establishes a formal process for escalating disputes or unresolved issues to a higher management level within the organizations involved. Typically, if initial negotiations or discussions at the operational level fail to resolve a matter, representatives from each party at a more senior or executive level are required to meet within a specified timeframe to attempt resolution. This mechanism ensures that significant issues receive attention from decision-makers with greater authority, promoting efficient dispute resolution and potentially avoiding litigation or contract termination.
