Level II - Superintendent. In the event the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level I, the decision may be appealed, in writing, to the Superintendent within ten (10) days. This statement should include a copy of the original grievance, the decision rendered, and clear concise statements of the reasons for appeal. The Superintendent shall respond within ten (10) days.
