Level One - Informal Presentation. Except for group, class or policy grievances which shall be initiated by the Association at the Superintendent’s level, any one who has a grievance shall discuss it first with his/her principal (or immediate supervisor, if applicable) in an attempt to resolve the matter informally at that level.
