Common use of Level Two – Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Level Two – Arbitration. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no written decision has been rendered within ten (10) working days after submission of the grievance to the Vice President, the grievant may, within an additional five (5) working days, request in writing to the Association that the grievance be submitted to arbitration.
