LEVEL TWO - CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION. 12.5.2.1 If the aggrieved is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, the aggrieved may file the grievance within ten (10) days with the appropriate Area Superintendent, and Human Resources. (2015) 12.5.2.2 The Area Superintendent shall within ten (10) days after receipt of the written request, seek to resolve the matter through meeting with the grievant and his/her representative if so requested by the grievant or the District. 12.5.2.3 Notification of Level Two grievance hearings shall be delivered to the grievant's location at least two (2) days prior to the meeting with a copy sent to the Association.
