Level Two – Department Head Clause Samples

Level Two – Department Head. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his or her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) working days of submission of the grievance, he or she may submit the grievance in writing to his or her Department Head within five (5) working days of the decision at Level One or within five (5) working days from the last day on which the decision should have been rendered at Level One, whichever is sooner.
