Common use of Level Two (Formal Hearing with Building Principal/Immediate Supervisor) Clause in Contracts

Level Two (Formal Hearing with Building Principal/Immediate Supervisor). a. In the event the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, he/she may within five (5) days, submit the grievance in writing to Level Two. The Formal Grievance must contain the information listed in the Grievance Form (Appendix G).
