Level VI Board of Trustees. 11.3.6.1 If either party is not satisfied with the decision at Level V, it may file a written appeal on the appropriate form with the Board of Trustees within five (5) days. 11.3.6.2 The Board shall schedule a meeting to hear the matter as soon as practicable. The Board may reopen the record for taking additional evidence. 11.3.6.3 After such hearing, the Board shall render a written decision on the grievance and send it to the Superintendent and the grievant. The decision of the Board shall be final and binding, subject to appropriate judicial review.
