Levels of Compensation and Benefits for Bargained Spinco Employees. Spinco shall provide, or shall cause to be provided, to each Spinco Employee covered by a CBA, compensation, benefits and terms of employment in accordance with the terms of the applicable CBA, and, with respect to any Spinco Employee covered by a CBA, the terms and conditions of the applicable CBA shall supersede any terms and conditions of this Agreement that are inconsistent therewith.
