LEVY CONTRIBUTIONS. 17.1 All levies and other miscellaneous debits are due and payable on the first day of each month. Any monies outstanding on the 7th of the month shall bear interest at 2% per month. The owner will pay the costs of any arrear reminders that are sent to him.
