LFC IP (excluding software. The LFC grants to the Service Provider a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, subject to clause 14.1(b), the LFC IP (excluding software) during the Term, only to the extent required to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under this Agreement or to provide services to its Resellers or End Users using a Service and for no other purpose. To the extent that a Reseller or an End User requires a right to use the LFC IP (excluding software) in order to use the services provided by the Service Provider which have the Services as an input, then the LFC grants to the Service Provider the right to sub-licence the use of the LFC IP (excluding software) to that Reseller or End User.
