Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by PNG, or PNG’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In addition, if PNG or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNG, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG or the employees, agents or contractors of PNG, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by PNGCBB, or PNGCBB’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In addition, if PNG CBB or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG CBB at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGCBB, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG CBB agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG CBB or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGCBB, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Z-Tel or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Z-Tel at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGZ-Tel, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG CLEC agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment above by PNG Z-Tel or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGZ-Tel, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Talk America or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Talk America at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGTalk America, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part.part.‌ 8.6.2 PNG Talk America agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Talk America or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGTalk America, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by PNGWide Voice, or PNGWide Voice’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In addition, if PNG Wide Voice or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Wide Voice at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGWide Voice, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Wide Voice agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Wide Voice or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGWide Voice, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by PNGYmax, or PNGYmax’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In addition, if PNG Ymax or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Ymax at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGYmax, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Ymax agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Ymax or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGYmax, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Talk Unlimited or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Talk Unlimited at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGTalk Unlimited, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Talk Unlimited agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment above by PNG Talk Unlimited or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGTalk Unlimited, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG ATI or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG ATI at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGATI, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG ATI agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG ATI or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGATI, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG MHT or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG MHT at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGMHT, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG MHT agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG MHT or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGMHT, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Airespring or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Airespring at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGAirespring, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Xxxxxxxxxx agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Xxxxxxxxxx or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGAirespring, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG GCTC or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG GCTC at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGGCTC, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG GCTC agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG GCTC or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGGCTC, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Onvoy or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Onvoy at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGOnvoy, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Onvoy agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Onvoy or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGOnvoy, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG BLC or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG BLC at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGBLC, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG BLC agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG BLC or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGBLC, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG BullsEye or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG BullsEye at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGBullsEye, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part.part.‌ 8.6.2 PNG BullsEye agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG BullsEye or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGBullsEye, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Telrite or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Telrite at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGTelrite, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Telrite agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Telrite or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGTelrite, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by PNGCovista, or PNGCovista’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In addition, if PNG Covista or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Covista at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGCovista, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Covista agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Covista or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGCovista, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Talk Unlimited or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Talk Unlimited at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGTalk Unlimited, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Talk Unlimited agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment above by PNG Talk Unlimited or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGTalk Unlimited, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG NL or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG NL at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGNL, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG NL agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG NL or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGNL, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG iNetworks or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG iNetworks at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGiNetworks, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG iNetworks agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG iNetworks or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGiNetworks, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Selectel or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Selectel at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGSelectel, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Selectel agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Selectel or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGSelectel, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. In addition, if PNG TQCI or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG TQCI at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGTQCI, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG TQCI agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG TQCI or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGTQCI, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by PNGSLT, or PNGSLT’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In addition, if PNG SLT or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG SLT at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGSLT, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG SLT agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG SLT or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGSLT, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by PNGOne Voice, or PNGOne Voice’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In addition, if PNG One Voice or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG One Voice at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGOne Voice, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG One Voice agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG One Voice or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGOne Voice, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by PNGBLC, or PNGBLC’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In addition, if PNG BLC or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG BLC at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGBLC, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG BLC agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG BLC or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGBLC, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG ENT or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG ENT at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGENT, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG ENT agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG ENT or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGENT, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Princeton or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Princeton at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGPrinceton, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Princeton agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Princeton or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGPrinceton, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG iNetworks or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG iNetworks at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGiNetworks, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG iNetworks agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG iNetworks or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGiNetworks, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG InteleTel or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG InteleTel at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGInteleTel, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG InteleTel agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG InteleTel or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGInteleTel, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Xxxxxx or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Xxxxxx at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGXxxxxx, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Xxxxxx agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Xxxxxx or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGXxxxxx, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG CBAD or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG CBAD at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGCBAD, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG CBAD agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG CBAD or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGCBAD, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Synergem or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Synergem at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGSynergem, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part.part.‌ 8.6.2 PNG Synergem agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Synergem or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGSynergem, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG DSLnet or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG DSLnet at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGDSLnet, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG DSLnet agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG DSLnet or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGDSLnet, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG NL or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG NL at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGNL, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG NL agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG NL or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGNL, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Mosaic or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Mosaic at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGMosaic, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Mosaic agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Mosaic or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGMosaic, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by PNGPacOptic, or PNGPacOptic’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In addition, if PNG PacOptic or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG PacOptic at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGPacOptic, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG PacOptic agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG PacOptic or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGPacOptic, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG TWCIS or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG TWCIS at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGTWCIS, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG TWCIS agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG TWCIS or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGTWCIS, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Nettalk or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Nettalk at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGNettalk, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Nettalk agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Nettalk or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGNettalk, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG ECI or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG ECI at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGECI, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG ECI agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG ECI or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGECI, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG PEG or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG PEG at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGPEG, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG PEG agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG PEG or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGPEG, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Citrix or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Citrix at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGCitrix, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Citrix agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Citrix or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGCitrix, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by PNGSmartrak, or PNGSmartrak’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In addition, if PNG Smartrak or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Smartrak at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGSmartrak, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Smartrak agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Smartrak or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGSmartrak, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by PNGProspeed, or PNGProspeed’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In addition, if PNG Prospeed or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Prospeed at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGProspeed, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Prospeed agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Prospeed or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGProspeed, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG QuantumShift or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG QuantumShift at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGQuantumShift, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG QuantumShift agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG QuantumShift or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGQuantumShift, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Dynalink or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Dynalink at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGDynalink, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Dynalink agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Dynalink or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGDynalink, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG WiMacTel or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG WiMacTel at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGWiMacTel, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG WiMacTel agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG WiMacTel or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGWiMacTel, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 59.7.1 Any breach by PNGSOUTHEAST, or PNGSOUTHEAST’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 59.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment 59.5 above shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In addition, if PNG SOUTHEAST or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG SOUTHEAST at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 59.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment 59.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from VerizonALLTEL, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon ALLTEL shall have the right, upon notice to PNGSOUTHEAST, to suspend the license to use Verizon ALLTEL OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment 59.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon ALLTEL OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG 59.7.2 SOUTHEAST agrees that Verizon ALLTEL would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 59.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment 59.5 above by PNG SOUTHEAST or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGSOUTHEAST, and that Verizon ALLTEL shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by PNGLightcore, or PNGLightcore’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In addition, if PNG Lightcore or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Lightcore at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGLightcore, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Lightcore agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Lightcore or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGLightcore, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive injuncti ve relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG BitWise or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG BitWise at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGBitWise, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG BitWise agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment above by PNG BitWise or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGBitWise, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Quality Tel or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Quality Tel at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGQuality Tel, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Quality Tel agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Quality Tel or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGQuality Tel, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG D-Max or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG D-Max at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGD-Max, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG D-Max agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG D-Max or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGD-Max, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG New Xxxxxxxx Telephone or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG New Xxxxxxxx Telephone at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGNew Xxxxxxxx Telephone, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG New Xxxxxxxx Telephone agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG New Xxxxxxxx Telephone or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGNew Xxxxxxxx Telephone, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG iNetworks or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG iNetworks at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGiNetworks, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG iNetworks agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG iNetworks or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGiNetworks, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Hypercube or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Hypercube at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGHypercube, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Hypercube agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Hypercube or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGHypercube, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG XxXxxx or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG McGraw at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGMcGraw, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG XxXxxx agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG XxXxxx or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGMcGraw, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Bandwidth or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Bandwidth at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGBandwidth, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Bandwidth agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Bandwidth or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGBandwidth, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Airus or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Airus at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGAirus, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Airus agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Airus or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGAirus, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Voxbeam or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Voxbeam at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGVoxbeam, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Voxbeam agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Voxbeam or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGVoxbeam, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Easton or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Easton at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGEaston, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Xxxxxx agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Easton or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGEaston, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Hello Depot or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Hello Depot at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGHello Depot, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Hello Depot agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Hello Depot or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGHello Depot, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG Xxxx Tell or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Xxxx Tell at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from VerizonFrontier, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon Frontier shall have the right, upon notice to PNGXxxx Tell, to suspend the license to use Verizon Frontier OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon Frontier OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Xxxx Tell agrees that Verizon Frontier would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Xxxx Tell or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGXxxx Tell, and that Verizon Frontier shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by PNGXxxx Tell, or PNGXxxx Tell’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. In addition, if PNG Xxxx Tell or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG Xxxx Tell at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGXxxx Tell, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG Xxxx Tell agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG Xxxx Tell or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGXxxx Tell, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG First Comm or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG First Comm at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGFirst Comm, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG First Comm agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG First Comm or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGFirst Comm, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if PNG InterGlobe or an employee, agent or contractor of PNG InterGlobe at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to PNGInterGlobe, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 PNG InterGlobe agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment by PNG InterGlobe or the employees, agents or contractors of PNGInterGlobe, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.
