Except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement and, where applicable, in conformance with Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing (MECAB) guidelines and Multiple Exchange Carriers Ordering and Design Guidelines for Access Services-Industry Support Interface (MECOD), CenturyLink QCC and CenturyLink agree to exchange all information to accurately, reliably, and properly order and bill for features, functions and services provided under this Agreement.

  • Billing and Payment; Disputed Amounts 9.1 Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each Party shall submit to the other Party on a monthly basis in an itemized form, statement(s) of charges incurred by the other Party under this Agreement.

  • Billing and Payment Procedures and Final Accounting 6.1.1 The Connecting Transmission Owner shall xxxx the Interconnection Customer for the design, engineering, construction, and procurement costs of Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades contemplated by this Agreement on a monthly basis, or as otherwise agreed by those Parties.   • Disputed Amounts 28.1.1 If any portion of an amount due to a Party (the “Billing Party”) under this Agreement is subject to a bona fide dispute between the Parties, the Party billed (the “Non-Paying Party”) shall, prior to the Xxxx Due Date, give written notice to the Billing Party of the amounts it disputes (“Disputed Amounts”) and include in such written notice the specific details and reasons for disputing each item; provided, however, a failure to provide such notice by that date shall not preclude a Party from subsequently challenging billed charges provided that such charges were paid.   • Billing and Payment Procedures All invoices must be submitted electronically via email in PDF format to xxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx. Each email may only contain one invoice and must include Provider’s name and the CPS Purchase Order number. All invoices must include: ● Provider name and payment address ● Unique invoice number (determined by Provider) ● Valid purchase order number (only one PO number may be referenced on each invoice) ● Invoice date ● Itemized description of the Services rendered and/or goods delivered ● Date the Services were provided and/or goods were delivered to CPS ● Detail pricing information such as quantities, unit prices, discount, and final net amount due Invoices shall be submitted in a timely manner. The final invoice shall be submitted no later than ninety (90) days after the expiration or termination of this Agreement. If Provider has more than one contract with the Board, separate invoices must be submitted for each contract. The Board shall process payments in accordance with the Local Government Prompt Payment Act (50 ILCS 505/1 et seq.). The Board reserves the right to request additional information and supporting documentation necessary for the Board to verify the Services and Products provided under this Agreement.

  • Billing and Payment The Price will be itemized and included on your xxxx from the DSP, and is due and payable to the DSP on the same day your DSP xxxx is due. You will continue to be billed by your DSP taxes and other charges consistent with filed tariffs at the Illinois Commerce Commission to transmit and distribute the Retail Power supplied to you per this Agreement. Should the DSP cease providing consolidated billing and purchase of receivables for your account and/or commence billing DES for any charges relating to you, DES will xxxx you directly and you will pay DES for all such charges pursuant to the payment provisions specified in DES’S xxxx.

  • INVOICING AND PAYMENTS II.4.1 Pre-financing: Where required by Article I.5.1, the Contractor shall provide a financial guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee or equivalent supplied by a bank or an authorised financial institution (guarantor) equal to the amount indicated in the same Article to cover pre-financing under the Contract. Such guarantee may be replaced by a joint and several guarantee by a third party. The guarantor shall pay to the Agency at its request an amount corresponding to payments made by it to the Contractor which have not yet been covered by equivalent work on his part. The guarantor shall stand as first-call guarantor and shall not require the Agency to have recourse against the principal debtor (the Contractor). The guarantee shall specify that it enters into force at the latest on the date on which the Contractor receives the pre-financing. The Agency shall release the guarantor from its obligations as soon as the Contractor has demonstrated that any pre-financing has been covered by equivalent work. The guarantee shall be retained until the pre-financing has been deducted from interim payments or payment of the balance to the Contractor. It shall be released the following month. The cost of providing such guarantee shall be borne by the Contractor.

  • BILLING PROCEDURES AND PAYMENT COMMERCE will pay Contractor upon acceptance of services provided and receipt of properly completed invoices, which shall be submitted to the Representative for COMMERCE not more often than monthly nor less than quarterly. The invoices shall describe and document, to COMMERCE's satisfaction, a description of the work performed, the progress of the project, and fees. The invoice shall include the Contract Number 24- 63610-170. A receipt must accompany any single expenses in the amount of $50.00 or more in order to receive reimbursement. Payment shall be considered timely if made by COMMERCE within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of properly completed invoices. No payments in advance or in anticipation of services or supplies to be provided under this Agreement shall be made by COMMERCE. Grant Start Date COMMERCE will pay the Contractor for costs incurred beginning July 1, 2023, for services and deliverables described under this Agreement. State Fiscal Year Payments COMMERCE will reimburse Contractor for State Fiscal Year 2024 (July 1, 2023-June 30, 2024), and State Fiscal Year 2025 (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025), based on the expenses incurred under this Contract. Invoices and End of Fiscal Year Invoices are due at a minimum of June 15, 2024 and 2025, if not submitted at more frequent intervals. Final invoices for a state fiscal year may be due sooner than the 15th of June and Commerce will provide notification of the end of fiscal year due date. The Contractor must invoice for all expenses from the beginning of the contract through June 30, regardless of the contract start and end date.

  • Invoices and Payments 5.5.1 The Contractor shall invoice the County only for providing the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, and other work specified in Exhibit A - Statement of Work and elsewhere hereunder. The Contractor shall prepare invoices, which shall include the charges owed to the Contractor by the County under the terms of this Contract. The Contractor’s payments shall be as provided in Exhibit B (Pricing Schedule) and the Contractor shall be paid only for the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, and other work approved in writing by the County. If the County does not approve work in writing no payment shall be due to the Contractor for that work.
