Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by Reconex, or Reconex’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above shall be deemed a material breach of the Agreement. In addition, if Reconex or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Reconex, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex or the employees, agents or contractors of Reconex, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex PCS or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex PCS at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexPCS, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex PCS agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex PCS or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexPCS, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex XXX or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex XXX at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexXXX, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex XXX agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Reconex XXX or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexXXX, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex Budget Phone or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex Budget Phone at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexBudget Phone, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part.part.‌ 8.6.2 Reconex Budget Phone agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex Budget Phone or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexBudget Phone, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex Tech Com or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex Tech Com at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexTech Com, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex Tech Com agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex Tech Com or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexTech Com, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by ReconexWinco, or ReconexWinco’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above shall be deemed a material breach of the this Agreement. In addition, if Reconex Winco or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex Winco at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexWinco, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex Winco agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex Winco or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexWinco, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex Budget Phone or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex Budget Phone at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexBudget Phone, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex Budget Phone agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex Budget Phone or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexBudget Phone, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex Equal Access or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex Equal Access at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexEqual Access, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex Equal Access agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex Equal Access or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexEqual Access, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex ReFlex or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex ReFlex at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexReFlex, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex ReFlex agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex ReFlex or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexReFlex, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex Norcom or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex Norcom at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexNorcom, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex Norcom agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex Norcom or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexNorcom, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex NUI or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex NUI at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexNUI, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex NUI agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex NUI or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexNUI, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex DNA or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex DNA at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexDNA, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex DNA agrees that Verizon Xxxxxxx would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Reconex DNA or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexDNA, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex Access Point or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex Access Point at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexAccess Point, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex Access Point agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex Access Point or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexAccess Point, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex Budget Phone or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex Budget Phone at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexBudget Phone, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex Budget Phone agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex Budget Phone or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexBudget Phone, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex DSCI or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex DSCI at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexDSCI, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex DSCI agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex DSCI or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexDSCI, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex Cinergy or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex Cinergy at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexCinergy, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex 2. Cinergy agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex Cinergy or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexCinergy, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by Reconex, Intrado or ReconexIntrado’s employees, agents or contractors, of the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above shall be deemed a material breach of the Agreement. In addition, if Reconex Intrado or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex Intrado at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexIntrado, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 8.6.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex CLEC agrees that Verizon would may be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex Intrado or the employeesemployess, agents or contractors of ReconexIntrado, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief relied and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex RVP or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex RVP at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or or‌ 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexRVP, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex RVP agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex RVP or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexRVP, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex PCS or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex PCS at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 1.4 or 8.5 1.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexPCS, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 8.6.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex PCS agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex PCS or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexPCS, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

In addition, if Reconex STG or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex STG at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 1.4 or 8.5 1.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexSTG, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 8.6.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex CLEC agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above by Reconex STG or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexSTG, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.

Liabilities and Remedies. 8.6.1 Any breach by ReconexAirus, or Reconex’s employees, agents or contractors, of Airus the provisions of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment shall be deemed a material breach of the this Agreement. In addition, if Reconex Airus or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex Airus at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to ReconexAirus, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part. 8.6.2 Reconex Airus agrees that Verizon would be irreparably injured by a breach of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above of this Attachment by Reconex Airus or the employees, agents or contractors of ReconexAirus, and that Verizon shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity.
