Liabilities and Remedies. 11.1 If Charter or an employee, agent or contractor of Charter at any time breaches a provision of Sections 7.0 or 8.0 above and such breach continues after notice thereof from CenturyTel, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, CenturyTel shall have the right, upon notice to Charter, to suspend or terminate the right to use CenturyTel OSS Information granted by Section 8.1 above and/or the provision of CenturyTel OSS Services, in whole or in part. 11.2 Charter agrees that CenturyTel would be irreparably injured by a breach of this Article by Charter or the employees, agents or contractors of Charter, and that CenturyTel shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies, and the remedies set forth in Section 11.1, shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity. 11.3 Any breach of any provision of this Article by any employee, agent, or contractor of Charter shall be deemed a breach by Charter.

Liabilities and Remedies. 11.1 If Charter Socket or an employee, agent or contractor of Charter Socket at any time breaches a provision of Sections 7.0 or 8.0 above and such breach continues after notice thereof from CenturyTel, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, CenturyTel shall have the right, upon notice to CharterSocket, to suspend or terminate the right to use CenturyTel OSS Information granted by Section 8.1 above and/or the provision of CenturyTel OSS Services, in whole or in part. 11.2 Charter Socket agrees that CenturyTel would be irreparably injured by a breach of this Article XIII by Charter Socket or the employees, agents or contractors of CharterSocket, and that CenturyTel shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies, and the remedies set forth in Section 11.1, shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity. 11.3 Any breach of any provision of this Article XIII by any employee, agent, or contractor of Charter Socket shall be deemed a breach by CharterSocket.

Liabilities and Remedies. 11.1 If Charter Granite or an employee, agent or contractor of Charter Granite at any time breaches a provision of Sections 7.0 or 8.0 above and such breach continues after notice thereof from CenturyTelCenturyLink, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, CenturyTel CenturyLink shall have the right, upon notice to CharterGranite, to suspend or terminate the right to use CenturyTel CenturyLink OSS Information granted by Section 8.1 above and/or the provision of CenturyTel CenturyLink OSS Services, in whole or in part. 11.2 Charter Granite agrees that CenturyTel CenturyLink would be irreparably injured by a breach of this Article by Charter Granite or the employees, agents or contractors of CharterGranite, and that CenturyTel CenturyLink shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies, and the remedies set forth in Section 11.1, shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity. 11.3 Any breach of any provision of this Article by any employee, agent, or contractor of Charter Granite shall be deemed a breach by CharterGranite.

Liabilities and Remedies. 11.1 57.7.1 If Charter Spectrotel or an employee, agent or contractor of Charter Spectrotel, at any time breaches a provision of Sections 7.0 or 8.0 above this Section 57 and such breach continues after notice thereof from CenturyTelCenturyLink, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, CenturyTel CenturyLink shall have the right, upon notice to CharterSpectrotel, to suspend or terminate the right to use CenturyTel CenturyLink OSS Information services granted by Section 8.1 57.1 above and/or the provision of CenturyTel CenturyLink OSS Servicesservices, in whole or in part. 11.2 Charter 57.7.2 Spectrotel agrees that CenturyTel CenturyLink would be irreparably injured by a breach of this Article by Charter Spectrotel or the employees, agents or contractors of CharterSpectrotel, and that CenturyTel CenturyLink shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any such breach. Such remedies, and the remedies set forth in Section 11.157.7.1, shall not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for any such breach, but shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement or at law or in equity. 11.3 57.7.3 Any breach of any provision of this Article by any employee, agent, or contractor of Charter Spectrotel shall be deemed a breach by CharterSpectrotel.
