LIABILITY AND SHARE OF THE REINSURER. 1) Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Ceding Company shall cede to the Reinsurer and the Reinsurer shall accept and reinsure, automatically, the Reinsurer’s Quota Share of liabilities in respect of the Policies set forth in Annex 1 – Scope and in compliance with the Policy Documentation.
