Liability Coverage Insurance Sample Clauses
The Liability Coverage Insurance clause requires one or more parties to maintain insurance that covers claims arising from liabilities related to the contract. Typically, this means the insured party must obtain and keep in force a policy that protects against losses such as property damage, bodily injury, or other specified risks that could occur during the performance of contractual duties. This clause ensures that financial responsibility for certain types of harm is transferred to an insurance provider, thereby protecting both parties from significant out-of-pocket losses and clarifying how potential risks are managed.
