Common use of Liability Coverage Insurance Clause in Contracts

Liability Coverage Insurance. Employer shall provide professional liability insurance coverage for patient care services performed by the Practitioner within the scope of the Practitioner’s duties and licenses under this Agreement. The liability insurance coverage shall be no less than $ per occurrence and $ aggregate. Practitioner may obtain, at Practitioner’s sole expense, such primary, supplemental, or additional professional liability insurance coverage as the Practitioner desires.
