Common use of Liability Cumulative Clause in Contracts

Liability Cumulative. The liability of each Guarantor under this Article 9 is in addition to and shall be cumulative with all liabilities of each other Credit Party to the Agent, the Lenders and the Holders under this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents to which such Credit Party is a party or in respect of any Obligations under the Transaction Documents or obligation of the other Credit Party, without any limitation as to amount, unless the instrument or agreement evidencing or creating such other liability specifically provides to the contrary.

Liability Cumulative. The liability of each Guarantor under this Article ARTICLE 9 is in addition to and shall be cumulative with all liabilities of each other Credit Party to the Agent, the Lenders and the Holders under this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents to which such Credit Party is a party or in respect of any Obligations under the Transaction Documents or obligation of the other Credit Party, without any limitation as to amount, unless the instrument or agreement evidencing or creating such other liability specifically provides to the contrary.

Liability Cumulative. The liability of each Credit Party as a Guarantor under this Article 9 XV is in addition to and shall be cumulative with all liabilities of each other Credit Party to the Agent, the Lenders Letter of Credit Issuer and the Holders Lenders under this Agreement and the other Transaction Loan Documents to which such Credit Party is a party or in respect of any Obligations under the Transaction Documents or obligation obligations of liabilities of the other Credit PartyParties, without any limitation as to amount, unless the instrument or agreement evidencing or creating such other liability specifically provides to the contrary.
