Common use of Liability Deposit Clause in Contracts

Liability Deposit. 14.1. In case of an accident with a third-party, the Customer will be responsible for Damages up to the amount of the deductible (Liability Deposit). The Liability is applicable regardless of who is at fault and will be charged at the time the accident is reported to Condor Campers, not at the end of the Rental Period. Where a Third Party is involved and recognised as responsible for the accident, the Vehicle Liability Deposit will be refunded only if Condor Campers are successful in recovering the cost of the Damages from the Third Party. Please note that Third Party claims can take many months to resolve.
