Prepaid Rent. Tenant shall, upon execution of this Lease, pay to Landlord the amount set forth in Article 1 as "First Month's Prepaid Rent" as prepayment of rent for credit against the first payment of Base Monthly Rent due hereunder.
Prepaid Rent. The amount of prepaid rent, separate from the security deposit, is __________________________________ Dollars ($_____________), covering the period from ________ to ________.
Prepaid Rent. Concurrent with the execution of this Lease, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the amount set forth in Article I as First Month’s Prepaid Rent” as prepayment of rent for credit against the first installment(s) of Base Monthly Rent due hereunder. Additionally, Tenant has paid to Landlord the amount set forth in Article I as “Last Month’s Prepaid Rent” as prepayment of rent for credit against the last installment(s) of Base Monthly Rent due hereunder, subject, however, to the provisions of Article 3.7 below.
Prepaid Rent. Upon the execution of this Lease, Tenant shall, in addition to the payment of the first month's Rent as set forth in Section 4(a), pay to Landlord the prepaid Rent set forth in Section 1(i), and if Tenant is not in default of any provisions of this Lease, such prepaid Rent shall be applied toward Base Monthly Rent for the months set forth in Section 1(i). Landlord's obligations with respect to the prepaid Rent are those of a debtor and not of a trustee, and Landlord can commingle the prepaid Rent with Landlord's general funds. Landlord shall not be required to pay Tenant interest on the prepaid Rent. Landlord shall be entitled to immediately endorse and cash Xxxxxx's prepaid Rent; however, such endorsement and cashing shall not constitute Landlord's acceptance of this Lease. In the event Landlord does not accept this Lease, Landlord shall return said prepaid Rent.
Prepaid Rent. Tenant shall pay to Landlord upon execution of this Lease Prepaid Rent, if any, in the amount specified in the Basic Provisions, which shall be allocated toward the payment of rent for the months specified in the Basic Provisions. If Tenant is not in default of any of the provisions of this Lease, the Rent prepaid by Tenant for the last month of the term of this Lease, if any, shall be reduced by the amount so allocated in the Basic Provisions.
Prepaid Rent. Concurrently with Tenant's execution of this Lease, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the sum specified in Paragraph 1.G as prepaid Rent for the months designated therein.
Prepaid Rent. Upon execution of this Lease, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord the sum of $ as prepaid rent, to be applied to the Rent due for months through of the Lease.
Prepaid Rent. No Rent shall be paid more than thirty (30) days prior to the due dates thereof and, as to a first Mortgagee of record and any other Mortgagees of whom Tenant has been given written notice, payments made in violation of this provision shall (except to the extent that such rents are actually received by such Mortgagee) be a nullity as against such Mortgagee and Tenant shall be liable for the amount of such payments to such Mortgagee.

In the event Landlord does not accept this Lease, Landlord shall return said prepaid rent.
Prepaid Rent. Any prepaid rent shall be deposited in Manager’s trust account(s). However, such amounts will not be disbursed to Owner (less Expenses) until the same are due and owing to Owner.
