Common use of Liability for force majeure Clause in Contracts

Liability for force majeure. Subject to clause 10.3, if a Force Majeure Event occurs: (a) the Affected Party is not liable for any failure or delay in performing the Affected Obligations; and (b) the Affected Party's obligations under this Agreement are suspended, to the extent to which they are affected by the Force Majeure Event, for the duration of the Force Majeure Event.
