Liability for personal injuries. If a passenger is killed, bodily injured or otherwise damaged in their health on board of an aircraft of the Carrier or while boarding or disembarking, the Carrier shall be obliged to indemnify the passenger for this damage, provided that the Carrier is responsible for this damage.
