Liability for Services and Equipment Not Provided by TCG. TCG shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever associated with service, facilities, or equipment which is not furnished by TCG or for any act or omission of any other entity furnishing service facilities or equipment used for or in conjunction with the Services.
