Liability for Wild Well. Operator shall be liable for the cost of regaining control of any wild well, as well as for cost of removal of any debris and cost of property remediation and restoration, and Operator shall release, protect, defend and indemnify Contractor and its suppliers, contractors and subcontractors of any tier from and against any liability for such cost.
