Common use of Liability Insurance Endorsements Clause in Contracts

Liability Insurance Endorsements. All policies of liability insurance required to be maintained by Lessee shall be endorsed as follows: (i) To name the Secured Parties as additional insureds; (ii) To provide a severability of interests and cross liability clause; and (iii) That the insurance shall be primary and not excess to or contributing with any insurance or self-insurance maintained by Lessee.
