Common use of Liability Insurance - Lessor Clause in Contracts

Liability Insurance - Lessor. Lessor shall obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy of Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance, insuring Lessor, but not Lessee, against any liability arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Industrial Center in an amount not less than $500,000.00 per occurrence. 8.3

Liability Insurance - Lessor. Lessor shall obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy of Combined Single Limit limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance, insuring Lessor, but not Lessee, against any liability arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Industrial Center Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto in an amount not less than $500,000.00 1,000,000 per occurrence. 8.3.

Liability Insurance - Lessor.
