Common use of Liability of Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Liability of Administrative Agent. Administrative Agent shall not have any liabilities or responsibilities to Borrower on account of the failure of any Bank to perform its obligations hereunder or to any Bank on account of the failure of Borrower to perform its obligations hereunder or under any other Loan Document.

Liability of Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall not have any liabilities or responsibilities to Borrower or any Subsidiary on account of the failure of any Bank Syndication Party to perform its obligations hereunder or to any Bank Syndication Party on account of the failure of Borrower or any Subsidiary to perform its their respective obligations hereunder or under any other Loan Document.

Administrative Agent shall not have any liabilities or responsibilities to the Borrower on account of the failure of any Bank Lender (other than Administrative Agent in its capacity as a Lender) to perform its obligations hereunder or to any Bank Lender on account of the failure of the Borrower to perform its obligations hereunder or under any other Loan Document.
