Each Operating Agent shall use all reasonable skill and care in carrying out its designated functions under this Agreement and shall be responsible for ensuring that its functions are conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Except as otherwise provided in this Article, the cost of all damage to property, legal liabilities, claims, actions, costs and expenses arising from or connected to an Operating Agent’s functions under this Agreement shall be charged to the budget of this Implementing Agreement or the relevant Task, as appropriate.
