Common use of Liability of OVHcloud Clause in Contracts

Liability of OVHcloud. OVHcloud (including its Affiliates and any subcontractors) may only be held liable in the event of proven fault or negligence causing direct damage to the Client, to the exclusion of any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damage of any nature whatsoever, and in accordance with the limitations and exclusions set out below. OVHcloud disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Services.
