Liability of the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer and the Trust Advisor. The Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer and the Trust Advisor shall be liable in accordance herewith only to the extent of the respective obligations specifically imposed upon and undertaken by the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer and the Trust Advisor.
