Liability of the Depositor, the Master Servicers, the Special Servicers and the Trust Advisor. The Depositor, each Master Servicer, each Special Servicer and the Trust Advisor shall be liable in accordance herewith only to the extent of the respective obligations specifically imposed upon and undertaken by the Depositor, such Master Servicer, such Special Servicer and the Trust Advisor.
