Liability of the Designer. Insufficient insurance shall not release the Designer from any liability for breach of its obligations under this Contract. Without limitation, the Designer shall bear the risk of any loss if its valuable papers insurance coverage is insufficient to cover the loss of any work covered by this Contract.
