Liability of the Parties. 5.1. The Parties shall be liable for non performance or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. 5.2. The Party that performs inadequately or fails to perform its obligations under this Agreement shall be liable to compensate the other Party for any damages, including loss of profit.
