Common use of Liability of UK Security Trustee Clause in Contracts

Liability of UK Security Trustee. (a) The UK Security Trustee shall not nor shall any of its officers, employees or agents from time to time be responsible for: (i) the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by any Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with the relevant UK Security Agreements; or (ii) the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of the relevant UK Security Agreements or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with the relevant UK Security Agreements.
