Declared Company. Any Borrower is declared to be a company to which Part IX of the Singapore Companies Act applies.
Declared Company. An Obligor is declared by the Minister of Finance in Singapore to be a declared company under the provisions of Part IX of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore.
Declared Company. A Loan Party or any Material Subsidiary thereof which is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore is declared by the Minister of Finance of Singapore to be a company to which Part IX of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore applies.
Declared Company. A Borrower is declared by the Minister for Finance in Singapore to be a “declared company” under the provisions of Part IX of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore and such declaration remains in full force and effect for a period of more than sixty (60) days.
Declared Company. Any Loan Party is declared by the Minister of Finance of Singapore to be a company to which Part IX of the Singapore Companies Act applies.
Declared Company. The Facility Guarantor, the Company, any of their Significant Subsidiaries, or any Designated Borrower that is a Foreign Subsidiary organized under the laws of Singapore, is declared by the Minister of Finance of Singapore to be a company to which Part IX of the Singapore Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore applies.
Declared Company. The Minister (being the Minister for the purposes of section 229 of the Singapore Companies Act) declares any Obligor incorporated in Singapore to be a company to which the provisions of Part IX of the Singapore Companies Act apply.
Declared Company. Any member of the Borrower Group is declared by the Minister to be a declared company under the provisions of Part IX of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore.
Declared Company. If any subsidiary of the Company incorporated under the laws of Singapore is declared by the Minister of Finance of Singapore to be a company to which Part IX of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore applies.
Declared Company. Spire Singapore is declared by the Minister for Finance of Singapore to be a company to which Part IX of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore applies.
