Common use of Liability Release Clause in Contracts

Liability Release. i. It is understood and agreed that the Town will make an effort with the available Town personnel to do inspections to strive for completion of the work in accordance with the approved plans, but the Owner and its successors and assigns hereby release the Town, its servants, agents and contractors, from any responsibility, or liability arising directly, or indirectly out of any of the Town’s obligations in relation to this Agreement.
