Liability Waiver. The tenant waives and releases the landlord from any liability whatsoever in connection with: the use or occupation by an occupant or guest of the tenant of the rental unit or the residential property or the use of any services, furnishings, equipment and facilities supplied by the landlord; and any damage to or loss of any personal property of an occupant or guest of the tenant.
