Library Services Employees. 1. Subject to operational and roster requirements and by agreement with the supervisor, full-time and part-time permanent and temporary employees are entitled to accrue flexitime to allow for flexitime to be taken during a three week roster period. 2. Flexitime will fall on a set day each roster period (e.g. Monday of week one, or Friday of week two, or Monday of week three). 3. Flexitime should not be accumulated, or carried forward into the next roster period. If circumstances prevent an employee from taking flexitime off within the roster period, it should be taken as soon as practicable in the next roster period, subject to approval by the supervisor.
