Common use of LICENCE AND PERMIT Clause in Contracts

LICENCE AND PERMIT. 9.1. In the performance of the PURCHASE ORDER, the CONTRACTOR shall obtain and maintain, all necessary permits, licenses and authorisations in the country or countries where any part of the PURCHASE ORDER is being performed including all necessary immigration and/or work permits for personnel engaged in the performance of the PURCHASE ORDER at its own costs;. ` 9.2. The CONTRACTOR shall abide by and comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of any governmental or regulatory body having jurisdiction over the PURCHASE ORDER.
