LICENSING AND PERMITS. The Contractor shall maintain the appropriate licenses throughout the life of this Contract. Contractor shall also obtain any and all permits which might be required by the work to be performed herein.
LICENSING AND PERMITS. The Company holds all necessary licenses and permits for the conduct of its business. All of such licenses and permits are in good standing and the Company is not in material default of any of the conditions thereof.

All licensing requirements shall be met at the time proposals are submitted to the COUNTY. CONTRACTOR warrants that it has all necessary permits, approvals, certificates, waivers and exemptions necessary for performance of this Agreement as required by the laws and regulations of the United States, the State of California, the County of Riverside and all other governmental agencies with jurisdiction, and shall maintain these throughout the term of this Agreement.

AmericaTowne agrees that it shall be solely responsible for construction, and in securing the proper licenses, permits, and certificates required for all construction of the Authorized Location, and for building the Authorized Location in accordance with the highest building standards consistent with the intent of the AmericaTowne concept. AmericaTowne further agrees that it will be responsible for equipping and finishing the Authorized Location in a commercially reasonable period of time and in a manner consistent with securing occupancy for the Licensee.

LICENSING AND PERMITS. 4 18.1 All offerers and contractors shall be licensed, if required, in accordance with the laws 5 of this State and any offerer or contractor not so licensed is subject to the penalties 6 imposed by such laws.
7 18.2 CONTRACTOR further warrants that it has all necessary permits, approvals, 8 certificates, waivers and exemptions necessary for the provision of services 9 hereunder and required by the laws and regulations of the United States, State of 10 California, the County of Riverside and all other appropriate governmental agencies, 11 and shall maintain these throughout the term of this agreement.

LICENSING AND PERMITS. Contractor is qualified to perform the tasks herein set forth and shall perform the services in a manner compatible with the standard of Contractor’s profession. The Contractor shall maintain the appropriate licenses throughout the life of this Contract. Contractor shall also obtain any and all permits which might be required by the work to be performed herein.
LICENSING AND PERMITS. Contractor warrants (i) Contractor is qualified and competent to provide all Services under this contract; (ii) Contractor and all employees of Contractor hold all necessary and appropriate licenses therefor, including those licenses set forth at §14, page one (1) hereof; and, (iii) Contractor shall obtain, and remain in compliance with, all permits necessary and appropriate to provide said Services. Contractor shall cause said licenses and permits to be maintained throughout the life of this Contract. Failure to do so shall constitute a Material Breach of this agreement, and, in addition to any other remedy available at law or otherwise, shall serve as a basis upon which County may elect to suspend payments hereunder, or terminate this Contract, or both.
