The Supplier grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right in the Territory to use the Supplier’s name, the Supplier Trademarks and the Supplier’s IPR in the Packing Specification (including on the Labels where relevant) (the Supplier Licensed IPR) during the Term on any sales literature, point of sale material and advertisements for the promotion of the Products provided such use is strictly in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and any brand guidelines made available by the Supplier.
