Minimum Quantities. Buyer will purchase at least $100 of Products during the Term. If at the expiration of the Term Buyer has ordered less than $100 of Products, Buyer will pay Seller (upon request) the difference between the amount ordered and $100. Seller acknowledges that except as set forth in this Section 17, Buyer is not obligated or committed to purchase any quantities of Products except as expressly ordered by Buyer according to the Inventory Policies and Processes.
Minimum Quantities. In the event the total average daily quantity of gas received by Gatherer is either (i) less than 1,000 Mcf at a screw compressor for Owner's account or, (ii) less than 4,500 Mcf at the reciprocating unit compressing Owner’s gas for ninety (90) consecutive Days for reasons other than curtailment, dewatering or Force Majeure, then the Agreement may be renegotiated. If no agreement can be reached within thirty (30) days, the Agreement may be terminated for all Receipt Points upstream of such compression point at Gatherer's option, exercised after giving Owner thirty (30) Days written notice.

Of the amounts of Orion Product indicated by GTX in its rolling monthly forecasts, GTX shall purchase at least one hundred percent (100%) of its estimated requirement for Orion Product for the first three (3) months of such forecast, eighty percent (80%) of its estimated requirement of Orion Product for the fourth, fifth and sixth months of such forecast, and fifty percent (50%) of its estimated requirement of Orion Product for the seventh, eighth and ninth months of such forecast. All orders and deliveries of Orion Product shall be in full batch sizes of Orion Product, as determined by Orion from time to time. Orion shall notify GTX in writing prior to the date upon which GTX must provide its first commercial order of Orion Product under this Section 13 of what the size of a full batch of Orion Product is at such time.

In the event the total average daily quantity of gas received by Gatherer is either (i) less than 1,000 Mcf at a screw compressor for Owner's account or (ii) less than 3,000 Mcf at the reciprocating station compressing Owner’s gas hereunder for ninety (90) consecutive Days for reasons other than curtailment, dewatering, Force Majeure or other event out of Owner’s control, then the Agreement may be renegotiated for all Receipt Points upstream of such compression point at Gatherer's option by giving Owner written notice thereof. In the event Gatherer exercises such right to renegotiate and the Parties fail to reach agreement within thirty (30) days, then Gatherer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement insofar as it relates to all Receipt Points upstream of the compression point, exercised after giving Owner thirty (30) Days written notice.
Minimum Quantities. PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCTS ONLY 6.1 Minimum Quantity In each Year the Customer will place Orders for at least the Minimum Quantity (as defined in the Agreement Details) of each Private Label Product. The Supplier reserves the right to review and amend the Minimum Quantity per Year of each Private Label Product after the expiry of the Initial Term. The Minimum Order Quantity for each Product is set forth on Schedule B; provided that J&J may, immediately upon written notice, increase any such Minimum Order Quantities for Third Party Manufactured Products if, and to the extent, the applicable Third Party Manufacturer fixes or increases a minimum order quantity which exceeds the then-applicable Minimum Order Quantity.
