Licence Period. 8.1.1 The Academic Licence is granted by the Licensor for a one month period from the Licence Effective Date.
8.1.2 The Trial Licence is granted by the Licensor for a one month period from the Licence Effective Date.
8.1.3 The Business Licence is granted by the Licensor from the Licence Effective Date for the period defined in the Purchase Order. It may be granted for the period of the protection of LocalSolver under French copyright (“perpetual Licence”).
Licence Period. The Licence Period is the term outlined in the Licensee’s online accommodation offer inclusive of the agreed terms and conditions, subject however, to the earlier determination as hereinafter provided.
Licence Period. The Licence Agreement is for a Minimum of 2 Semesters or the Full Academic Year.
Licence Period. The Licence Period is for the date outlined in the offer letter, and agreed terms and conditions, inclusive subject however, to the earlier determination as herein provided.
Licence Period. 3.01 This Licence shall be in force for a period of 30 years from the Commencement Date. All activities comprised by this Licence, including closure and decommissioning activities, shall be performed within the Licence Period.
3.02 The granting, upholding, validity and effects of this Licence are subject to the Licensee's fulfilment of all of the following conditions:
(a) No later than 1 year after the Commencement Date, the Licensee shall prepare and submit an Exploitation Plan and a Closure Plan, and have obtained the Government of Greenland's approval of these plans, see sections 19 and 43 of the Mineral Resources Act.
(b) No later than 2 years after the Commencement Date, the Licensee shall document (substantiate) to the Government of Greenland, and have obtained the Government of Greenland's approval of the documentation, that the Licensee (the Licensee Company or the Licensee Companies, if several companies hold shares in this Licence) has sufficient financial capacity to perform the construction of all plants, facilities and installations etc., including plants, facilities and buildings for mining activities, residential buildings, production plants for electricity, roads and port facilities etc., and to commence and complete the exploitation of minerals under this Licence.
(c) No later than 5 years after the Commencement Date, the Licensee shall have commenced exploitation of minerals under this Licence.
3.03 An application for extension of the Licence Period shall be sent to and received by the Government of Greenland no later than 90 days prior to the expiry of the Licence Period.
3.04 The Government of Greenland may extend the Licence Period in accordance with section 29(3) of the Mineral Resources Act. The Government of Greenland may extend the Licence Period on the same or different terms. The Government of Greenland is not obliged to extend the Licence Period. The total licence period cannot exceed 50 years, see section 16(5) of the Mineral Resources Act.
3.05 The Licensee may surrender this Licence to the Government of Greenland prior to the expiry of the Licence Period, see Article 26.
Licence Period. 4.1 The Licence Period of this Agreement shall be specified in the Accommodation Offer. Unless specified otherwise in the Accommodation Offer, the Licence Period shall not include the summer period.
4.2 Unless the University permits otherwise in written communication to you, you:
(a) may not occupy the Room until after 12 noon on the first day of the Licence Period; and
(b) must vacate the Room and any Communal Areas by 12 noon on the last day of the Licence Period. Any requests to vary these times must be made to the Student Accommodation Team who may grant a variation at their absolute discretion.
Licence Period. Licensor grants the present licence to Licensee for a period of five (5) calendar years from the date of signature of the present agreement by both parties. This licence period may be extended upon mutual agreement.
Licence Period. The Licence granted under this agreement will commence on the Commencement Date and will continue until the end of the Licence Period unless and until terminated in accordance with these terms.
Licence Period. The Licence shall be deemed to have commenced on and shall continue until sooner determined in accordance with clause 12.
